Welcome to the Lowndesville Country Store & Cafe website!  We are located in historic Abbeville County in Upstate South Carolina.  We are situated just off the shores of beautiful Lake Russell.  The Lowndesville Country Store carries a full line of hunting and fishing supplies including live bait.  The store opens at 5 AM Monday thru Saturday and at 6 AM on Sundays.  During hunting and fishing seasons our closing hours are extended to better serve our customers. 

The cafe offers a host of breakfast and dinner items.  Breakfast is served all day.  The cafe also opens at 5 AM and also has extended closing hours during hunting and fishing seasons.  The cafe is closed on Sundays.  Lodging is also available at the Lowndesville Country Store & Cafe. 

The "Lowndesville House" as it is referred to, is located directly behind the store/cafe.  The entire house may be rented or front and back portions can be rented instead.  The entire house has 6 double beds, a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms.  The entire house can be rented for $110.00 per night.  Or if you prefer, the back portion of the house can be rented for $60.00 per night.  The back portion comes with a full kitchen, 2 double beds, a couch and a bathroom.  The front portion can be rented for $55.00 per night.  Included in this is a kitchenette with coffee pot, small refrigerator, bunsen burners and a microwave.  There are 4 double beds, 2 couches and a bathroom.  Other properties are also available for rent.   Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The owner of the store/cafe and lodging house is Scotty Willoughby.  Scotty is a life-long resident of Lowndesville and also is the pastor of the Lowndesville Pentecostal Holiness Church.  On your next visit, be sure and drop in and say hello!   

We are located at 305 Main Street, Lowndesville, SC on Highway 81.  We are approximately 20 miles from the City of Anderson SC, 18 miles from the City of Abbeville SC and 30 miles from Greenwood SC.
